I am extremely excited to be sharing the start of a new collection that I am working on. This painting takes inspiration from the Van Gogh Sunflower series and is in progress measuring 150x150cm . Mixed media with oil on canvas. I am working on different variations as did the artist himself. This work has some serious texture and has taken over 60 hours already. Some lovely beer designs that are now sold worldwide from Lough Gill Brewery in Co Sligo Ireland. I enjoy a nice IPA from time to time and its lovely too see my artwork on cans amd enjoyed around the world.

Unfortunately my FB page and my instagram page have been taken down and hacked. reported content that I am not allowed to appeal. It means I have lost a lot of content in the way of my work imagery, contacts , galleries, friends, artists, clients and the like. 

I have never published anything offensive, all my social media is directed to love only. 

I will not allow such action to harm me, I have no enemies but its pretty clear that there is an enemy towards me. 

there is no smoke, just the fire, and on a positive note like the effects of C19 this has allowed me to rethink, take the positives which is to realise that Social Media is not so important. 

My new handle is DaleCollinsvisualartist and I am going to enjoy the rebuild differently.

As part of the Vanguard Street Art exhibition I donated this lovely work titled ' As the rain sings on the river' . The piece 100x100cm was the second highest hammer price after Banksy's I fought the Law print, sold at East End Auctions on a rowdy night of buyers in the room. The donations reached well over 150,000 GBP for Temwa to help schools in Africa!

It goes without saying, for all of us its been a strange few years with Covid19. I have had a great couple of years, reflecting and finding peace. I am now working from Co Louth in a large studio full time and looking for the opportunity to be showing works here in Ireland for the first time without any time constraints. I am settled and I love Ireland, the land and the people who have welcomed me and I envisage that I will spend the rest of my time here
